BRACIS Presentation instructions for authors
Presentation Schedule
Each author has 20 minutes for the presentation and questions combined. This time includes 15 minutes for your presentation and an additional 5 minutes for a Question and Answer session, where the audience will have the opportunity to ask questions and engage in discussions regarding your work.
The slides must be written in English and the presentation will also be in English. In cases where all people in the audience are Portuguese speakers, the chair may allow presenters to present in Portuguese. There is no template for the presentation; you can use your own.
Please arrive at the session room 10 minutes before the presentation starts, identify yourself to the session chair and test your presentation to make sure everything is ok.
Presentation Materials and Equipment
You should take your own computer to the presentation room, where an HDMI connection will be provided. Please ensure that your presentation is ready for display on your device.
Session Etiquette
Presenters must strictly adhere to their allocated time limits to maintain the conference schedule. The session chairs will be responsible for keeping track of time and ensuring that the presentations and Q&A sessions run smoothly.
