REGISTRATION CATEGORIES

Registration fee for BRACIS+ENIAC + STIL includes i) admission to all sessions and plenaries of BRACIS and all collocated events (ENIAC and STIL); ii) conference materials; and iii) coffee breaks.

Registration + SBC Membership (SBC Combo) refers to a discounted rate applied when registering for the event and becoming a member of the Brazilian Computer Society (SBC). It has the advantage of making these two benefits cheaper than purchasing each one separately, being the most advantageous option to those that are not SBC members yet. More information on the benefits of becoming a member can be found on SBC's webpage (only in Portuguese). 

Student fees (GRADUATE and UNDERGRADUATE) are available only for students who are enrolled in a higher education institution as undergraduate or graduate students (PhD or Master). Proof of student status containing affiliation, attendee’s name, enrollment course, and current date must be shown upon request. Failure to present such a proof document will imply paying the difference for moving to the Professional registration category (with no discount). Student fees do not apply to postdocs.

Any members that use the SBC institutional registration gratitude and have accepted papers must pay the publication fee.

PUBLICATION POLICY 

Each BRACIS + ENIAC + STIL PROFESSIONAL REGISTRATION (OR BRACIS STUDENT REGISTRATION with a Publication Paper Fee) covers up to two accepted papers in any BRACIS 2023 event (e.g., 2 BRACIS papers, 1 BRACIS + 1 ENIAC paper, 1 ENIAC + 1 STIL paper,…).

If you have more than 2 papers accepted in BRACIS, ENIAC, and STIL, you must pay the Extra Paper Fee for each paper beyond the second.

Papers accepted in BRACIS must be registered by July 30th. 24th

CANCELATION POLICY

Registrations can be cancelled up to a week before the event (18/09/2023). In this case, 80% of the registration fee will be returned.

PAYMENT

Payments made by ticket and debit card end on 20/09/2023. Payments made by credit card, notes of commitment (nota de empenho), or billing can be done until the event's last day. During the event, it is possible to pay by cash.
